Bottle/Fest. A- Caramel, malty. A- Brown color, cloudy liquid, beige head. T- Caramel, fruity, boozy, malty, apple. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- White Elm seems to be slowly losing their touch. This was good but not near the flavor profile or complexity I expect from them. A lot of sweet caramel and more apple brandy than cognac with some mild spice. Good but not the world class mark I know they can hit.

Ridiculously hazy, fully opaque pink, orange and vermillion coloured body with a large, nine to ten centimetre tall, very frothy, quickly dying (like a mimosa, itself) head that leaves a very nasty, ugly lace on the side of the glass - not very pleasant, but expected, actually. Aroma of beautiful, dry and super tropical fruits, such as pineapple, passionfruit, mangoes, honeydew and bunches of guava and papaya notes - way more than the other fruits. Medium-bodied; Super dense and still extremely effervescent with a lot of fruit notes up front that provide some sour and tart qualities, but enough sugars and depth to make them balanced with the still strong malt body along with a dash of flowers and dryness, especially noticeable at the end and a kick of grapefruits and oranges to make this a touch bitter and not from any hops here. Aftertaste is very rich and robust with a great depth and a ton of body from all the fruit juices/pulp and a lot of sweetness here to balance out the bubbles and the tartness, which is still strong. Overall, a very nice mimosa/sour/fruit beer that hits nicely throughout and is a reminder of [another] a great brewery there in Lincoln that isn't this one (Boiler Brewing, of course), but with beers far stronger than this, so while the fruits are great, it's nice that I can drink this and remember the next sentence! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from BeerTopia in Omaha, Nebraska on 26-August-2021 for US$4,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 12-January-2022.

12oz can pours an oily and leggy black with some ringing beige head. Nose has some clear oxidation, cherry and cardboard, molasses and malt and cocoa and some smoke. Flavor has loads of maple and booze and Kahlua, malt and licorice and cherry cordial and chocolate syrup. Full bodied, oily finish.

The Aromas are easy resin hops with some dry grain and saltines. Flavors are similar to nose, slightly more sweet than bitter with some additional Citrus hops. Good body and the carbonation with a mild bitter finish. Decent enough drinking straightforward American IPA.

Pint can pours with a dark murky mahogany colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up molasses, malt balls and then a bit of milk chocolate and nutty coffee, The taste delivers inviting mildly roasted malts and nutty coffee mixing with sweet molasses and faint vanilla. It does take on a cookie to brownie sensation here and there. It also does a great job hiding the big ABV. This is nice.
