Description
Pure Project is a small batch, ingredient-centric craft brewery with a mission to build community and a reverence for beer as an agricultural product by staying true to our ethos of quality ingredients, sustainability, and attention to detail.
To us, beer is art.

We believe every beer should tell a story; just like a world class meal, a perfect cup of coffee or a timeless wine, and we aim to bring that same level of passion, creativity and artistry to the ever evolving craft beer community.

We look forward to sharing our art with that movement by providing an experiential brand to give context to the beer in your glass.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of grapefruit and melon. Med body. Smooth and luscious texture. Juicy and not all that dry. May not even be enough bitter for balance. Flavor is the aroma, except that the grapefruit might be pink. Nice.

Can from Tavour. Pours moderately hazy gold with a moderate white head. Tangerine wafts from the pour. Med body. Juicy and not very dry. Enough bitterness for balance tho. Flavor is pale malt supporting tangerine and pineapple - tho the pineapple isn't "sugary" - just sort of ripe. Flavors are not outrageously strong, but they are firm. Head barely detectible. Good stuff.

Pint can pours with a crystal clear gold colored body that supports a white head of foam. The aroma offers up cantaloupe, a bit of guava, orange marmalade and a sense of pineapple. The taste delivers a pleasing blend of juicy fruity hop flavor and hop bitterness. I get orange marmalade, grapefruit and a hit of tangelo flowing into some softer cantaloupe and faint guava tropical fruity notes. Yep. Solid balance that will please the masses. Let's go.

Can from Tavour. Pours murky gold with a substantial white head. Aroma of mango and pine. Med body at least. Juicy but not excessively sweet. Enough bitter for balance. Flavor is mango, passion fruit and light pine notes. I think a little guava is present, but if so it's quite light. Nice flavor.

Pint can pours with a crystal clear gold colored body that supports a nice white head of foam. The aroma offers up pineapple tanged up with tangerine and orange marmalade moving into a bit of woody floral hoppiness. The taste delivers juicy tropical pineapple punctuated by moderate levels of tangy citrus hop flavor and hop bitterness. I get a blend of grapefruit, tangerine and orange wedges. Beneath the fruity hops lurks murmurs of floral hop and woody hop like bitterness. Overall this maintains a nice balance between soft and sweet hop flavor and tangy bitter hop bitterness.
