Can to tulip.
Appearance: nice looking burnt yellow haziness; one and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some mild foamy lace
Aroma: danky to earthy hoppiness along with some berry hop scents and a citrusy to piney hoppiness; light clean malts
Flavor: bittersweet through the prior mentioned aromas; subtle berry to earthy hop and piney zesty toned aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; carbed right where it should be; semi-smooth along my tongue; delicate finish of berries, earthiness and pine
Overall: nice enough NEIPA worthy of coming back to.

Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: semi-murky golden yellow color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some fine messy lace
Aroma: smooth citrusy hoppiness with some semi-sweet grassy to piney hop notes, and some semi-spicy/earthy hop notes; clean crackery malts
Flavor: moderately bittersweet with a substantial clean malty sweetness rolling in; sly aftertaste of citrusy and earthy hops
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; juicy smooth; semi-dry to earthy and piney finish
Overall: seems like one of those AIPA's that wants to be a NEIPA or vice versa, It's mostly good and possibly one to come back to.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt yellow to orange color with a two finger white foamy head, dissipated to leave some mild lace
Aroma: piney and citrusy hops, danky hop backing, melon tones balancing very good
Flavor: initially sweet through the prior aromatics, but becomes bittersweet combining all aromatics through more sips; super mild citrusy and melony and danky aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, mostly a sipper, semi-brisk melony/danky/piney finish
Overall: pretty nicely done NEDIPA worthy of returning to.

Aroma: tart red raspberry puree' with some grassy tones and sour character
Flavor: tart, sweet and sour with the red raspberries taking the lead, mild raspberry aftertaste

Can (8/8/25) from Eddy's Beverage Inc., Saratoga Springs. Opaque, deep, dark orange-yellow (fresh-squeezed OJ) with lots of white floaties, no sparkle, ephemeral thin cap of head and no lacing. Aroma is strong apricot, min pine. Taste is strong apricot, slight orange. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Not complex but good strength, strong apricot dominant a little different.
