Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours clear red with a white head. Tannic grapes skins, rustic yeast on the nose. Flavour has tannic grape skins, rustic yeast, very tart. Nice.

On tap at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours clear gold with a white head. Amber malts and dried berries on the nose. Flavour has tart berries, earthy, grass. Meh.

On tap at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Lots of acid and fermented fruit on the nose. Flavour is super acidic, very tart peaches, some grass. Meh.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark pink with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of plums, fruit pie, moderate acidity, and subdued bugginess. Flavour is acidic as hell, with acetone, floral perfumey notes, and some plums. Way too acidic and lacking depth. Not good.
