Sour raspberries, hint of sour beer
Very sour flavor, but the sourness seem driven by lactose, it is like Dougherty with citrus.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma and flavour has some acidic, melon, and some wild bugs. A bit too acidic but it’s reasonably done.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of acetone, with some stone fruits in back and some bugs I guess. Flavour is acetonic as hell, wild bugs, and some oak. Pure acetone and lacking redeeming qualities. Poor.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pure acetone, with soft stone fruits and loads of acidity. Flavour is acetonic as hell, with perfumey acetone, not much else. Way too much acetone. Bad.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a clear pink, no head. Aroma is very acidic, with plenty of currants, plenty of acidity, and a touch of bugs. Flavour isbnjcu the same, finishing rather acidic. Not good.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of apricot, moderate acetone, and a touch of bugs. Flavour is way too acetonic, with tons of acetone, maybe a hint of stone fruits, and more acetone. This is terrible.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma has moderate acetone, muffled earthiness, and a touch of bugs. Flavour is not well-calibrated, with vinegar, acetone, and wild bugs underneath. Too much acidity, not enough wild yeast complexity. Meh.
