Can shared at the Hotel, Aarhus - Lovely medley of tropical and citrus fruity goodness, Barrett fruit salad sweets, peach and pineapple, citrusy lemony wash, semi sweet malty backing, dank sided balanced bitter hoppy finish. Gorgeous.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma has deep peanuts, cocoa, rich sticky sugars, and vanilla. Flavour is rich, with intense peanuts, sticky dark sugars, cocoa, and maybe a touch of coconut. Rich, sticky, not cloying. Lovely.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Brown-black pour with a medium tan head that recedes steadily to a film. Small patches of lace. Bourbon, malt and vanilla aroma. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, charred malt, bittersweet chocolate and vanilla. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Very good beer all around.
