Our aim is to make great beer following our passion for flavor and complexity from quality ingredients and small batch artisanal brewing. We brew fun, unique beers made for enjoyment. We like it hoppy and complex, roasty and smoky, strong and sippable to sessionable and gulpable. Most importantly it’s something to drink with friends, in the backyard, at the beach and at the bar. We make beer because we like to drink it delicious and fresh and because we like to smile.

Poured from a can dated 02/09/2026 in a becher pint.
Pours a mostly transparent light straw yellow a slight haze with a finger of white head. The head settles to a light covering leaving behind a little lacing that slides back down the glass.
Aroma is bright tart lemon, tropical kiwi, pineapple sweet mandarin orange.
Flavor is more of a pithy citrus, orange, orange peel, tart white grape.
The mouth feel is medium light body with bright carbonation. Dry with plenty of bitterness for the style which balances the perceived sweetness nicely.
Overall this is a nice example of a west coast IPA.brewed on the opposite coast. It's a bright ray of sunshine in what has been a long cold winter. It's been quite a while since I've had a finback beer and I am happy to return to them.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: thick orangey pale color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated inward to leave some light messy lace
Aroma: huge grapefruity to mango to pineapple-y & mixed citrusy hoppiness; lighy biscuity malts with a touch of sweet oats
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine juicy sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes juicy through tropical juicy hops
Texture: medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; extremely smooth along the tongue - the use of the oats was practically perfectly done here
Overall: what a wonderful NEIPA this was. Of course, I would return to this.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: roasted coffee tones, vanilla, dark chocolate and some milk chocolate
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to roasty blend; finishes mostly through the coffee and vanilla
Texture: medium bodied, slightly sessionable; great smoothness that gets a little bit creamy
Overall: a very nicely done porter I would welcome again quite possibly as a dessert beer.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: pale orange haziness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple, lemony, piney and some mango-like hops; clean malts underneath
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair bittersweet to sweet quality; finishes juicy through the pineapple & mango-like hops
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; some smoothness with a little bit of punchiness from the hops but tolerable and not overbearing
Overall: a very nicely done NEDIPA worthy of returning to.

Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to sweet juicy to bittersweet juicy quality; finishes juicy through the citrusy and pineapple notes

Overall: a very nicely done NEIPA worth coming back to.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: golden yellow color with some transparency; white foamy head which settled too quickly to notice how big it was, no lace
Aroma: peppercorn, ginger and clove with a light bubblegum then some honey, chamomile/herbal tone
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair sweet to spicy and herbal quality; finishes leaning into the peppercorn, ginger and a light note of chamomile
Texture: light to medium bodied, some kind of sessionability to this beer; light smoothness as the spices seem to provide a little bit of assertive vibe to the tongue - mostly non-offensive
Overall: interesting take on a witbier, I'd say very Americanized - I think I could come back to this.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: thick yellow opaque color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some peppercorn, earthy tones, citrusy whiffs, subtle wheat & a little bit of the floral to slightly spicy side of rye
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair spicy to sweet quality; finishes in the same manner in a lingering sort of way
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; light smoothness but also some sharp aspects from either the rye notes or the peppercorn or possibly a combination of both - but nothing overbearing
Overall: quite a nice saison well worthy of returning to.

Murky yellow with a large white head that left good lacing. Earthy and citric with a cactus undertone. Long finish. Medium body.

Can to weizen glass. Consumed 07/28/2018.
Appearance: hazy burnt orange color with a three finger white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and once it did some light lace appeared along the glass sides
Aroma: light sweet wheat with a nice clove-like spicy tone and bready sweet note to it, some banana whiffs to it, light strawberries on the back end, uhmmm, alright then, interesting
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to lightly spicy quality and adds in a little bit of vanilla sweetness to round it out before finishing with the sweet wheat side and a touch of the clove
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness with a light aspect of the creaminess in there then a lighter kick from the wheat (not the bite I was looking for)
Overall: seems somewhat "modernized" with that strawberry note to it as well as there wasn't any "bubblegum" like notes to this. Hmmmmm...maybe again.
