A clear golden colour with small off white head.Aroma is sweet off apples and juice bit dry after taste good refreshing and mild tart mouth feels fresh and smooth finish.

Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, murky grayish golden - looks like freshly squeezed apple juice - with a short lived fizzy, white head. Rustic apple aroma, not very distinct. Medium body, low carbonation, medium acidity but probably mostly a bit to the sweet side. The promised tannins I don't find at all. It really is like freshly squeezed organic apple juice with just a bit of alcohol. Hence very drinkable. 280726

TCBW2026. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is apples, some floral and mild funky tones. Flavour is sweet apples, still somewhat dry palate to it. Very refreshing.

On tap at BRUS. Pours clear gold with white carbonation. Tons of tart, tannic apple skins, and tons of funk on the nose. Flavour is super dry, lots of tannic apple skins, good funk. This is excellent.

On tap at BRUS, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of armpits, barnyard funk, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is full of barnyard funk, musty apple skins, snd earthy notes. Really great dry, funky finish. Fantastic.
