Lively carbonation on open, settles with a soft mouthfeel and nice body, balanced acidity, wooden accents with a plethora of apple types delivered with a nice tart, sour and tangy sweet balance, light sulphur, lingering dry apple finish. Lovely.

Tap @ Mikkeller bar Kastrup. Unclear golden body with almost no head. Aroma of ripe apple, close to overripe and water from an old flowerpot. A bit unusually and close to unpleasant but not not that bad at all. Flavor is more clean than aroma, rather mild apple, lemon, wood and slightly funky. Nice body and long lasting sour aftertaste. A bit odd type of cider, not elegant, but sure interesting and refreshing.

Tap at Csaka. Hazy golden with a white head. Intense barnyard and apples on the nose, light rubber ruins it for a second but it clears out relatively quickly. Taste is similar, funky apple juice, but with a rubber hint, autolysis perhaps? Okay still, but not great.

From bottle at Wild Fest Groningen 2022. Massively spicy aroma with tons of clove, rum, apple pie, cinnamon, alcohol. Quite sweet, big and sticky. Insanely rich and warming, great.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar, Berlin. Shared with little Dina. Clear pinkish red colour. Vinous aroma, grape skins, slightly funky with a touch of ripe apple. Rich funky and fruity flavour, some sweetness but finishes dry. Juicy texture, tannic, smooth and moderately sour.

Tap at BRUS. Golden, mostly clear. Late summer apple, tart, citrus. Taste is full, apple fruity, with a nice delayed tart sweet bitterness. Sweet and dry. Like.
