From bottle at Wild Fest Groningen 2022. Massively spicy aroma with tons of clove, rum, apple pie, cinnamon, alcohol. Quite sweet, big and sticky. Insanely rich and warming, great.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar, Berlin. Shared with little Dina. Clear pinkish red colour. Vinous aroma, grape skins, slightly funky with a touch of ripe apple. Rich funky and fruity flavour, some sweetness but finishes dry. Juicy texture, tannic, smooth and moderately sour.

Tap at BRUS. Golden, mostly clear. Late summer apple, tart, citrus. Taste is full, apple fruity, with a nice delayed tart sweet bitterness. Sweet and dry. Like.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, skin, core. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fleshy, fruity, funk, with some acidity and straw hint. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

27/4/2024. Can shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours almost clear golden orange with a small short lasting white head. Aroma is tart, green apples, light funk, straw, barnyard. Nice sour apple taste. Moderate body, light carbonation. Very dry finish. Pretty good.

Taste is tart, sour fruity, white wine, with lemon rind, apple, pear, yeast, pale malt, wheat, some funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
