Panda courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Orange golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of ripe apple, yeasty, wheat, wood barrel. Taste is sour, citric rind, apple, wheaty, yeast, with acetic funk, wood barrel, vanilla notes, drying with tannins and some bitterness. Medium bodied, high carbonation, dry tart & tannic soured finish. Nicely drinkable.

Aroma is herbal, lemon verbena, funky, lacto, green apple, fresh, loose wheat, Flavour is composed of crisp and tart, lemon rind, herbal notes, mellow tart funk, prickly apple. loose wheat. nice horsey funk, light brett. Palate is tart, tangy, moderate carbonation. Good funk levels and complexity.

Bottle at home picked up from Fuss clube. A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a fading loose white head. Aroma is sharp citric, spicy, hint of vinegar, lacto funk, spicy green apple, granny smith. Flavour is composed of super sharp, tangy lemon , citric acid, spicy green apple, vanilla oak, lacto funk. Palate is super sharp, mild puckering, spicy, highish carboination. Fizzzy finish. Good complexity, slightly harsh. Super refreshing.

Taste is sourish, apple, grape, wood barrel, oak, citric rind, funk, with some resiny hop and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying slightly tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
