250ml can from HOTM. Deep red colour, pink foam head and aroma of cherry, blackcurrants, funky, apple. Taste is sweet, sour, apple, cherries, blackcurrant, fruity, with some wood barrel, funk and mellow bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sour cherry finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. 2020 Vintage, 7%. Hazed orangey gold colour, foamy white head and aroma of fruity, apple, funk, leather, earthy. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fleshy, apple skin, with some acetic funk, earthy, leather, vanilla hint, and zingy acidity. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, and dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, some mild herbal tones. Flavour is apples, some herbal, mild earthy and some mild grainy tones. Nice, but slightly more depth wouldn't be a bad thing.

31/8/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, apple, pear, slight tropical and woody notes. Moderate sweetness, nice tangy bitterness with some nice quince tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nicely done.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 29/07/23. Clear golden with a white cap that dissipates edgewards. Nose is sharp apple, hop presence, grass, stoned fruits, melon, pear esters. Taste comprises tangy apple, pear, quince jelly, vinous, stoned fruit esters, grass, light oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid complex affair.

November 2019: Shared 750 ml bottle, vintage 2017, at local tasting, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.9%. Golden colour, white head. Nice aroma of apples and oak. Tart apple flavour, sweet & sour, distinct notes of oak, hints of sulphites.

330 ml slimline can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Dry-hopped organic cider, made with Topaz apples and hopped with Simcoe. ABV is 6.0%. Only slightly hazy deep golden colour, very moderate carbonation. Aroma of cider apples, hints of farmhouse, hops, oak and sulphites. Bone dry flavour, with the same elements as the aroma, and an unexpected hint of beef-stock. Not a cider I'll buy again.
