Couleur pâle/orange, pas de col.
Arôme sur un bouquet bien fruité pomme verte acerbe marqué - caramel avec un bouquet wild - funk qui arrive en rétro-nasal.
Palais est sec, funk marqué sans tomber dans l'acidulé - le tout reste assez grinçant aux dents avec l'acidité - fini un peu fleuri - pomme à l'acerbe marquée.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 07/01/23. Lightly hazed golden orange with a good sized just off white cap, as it goes for a cider, that thins to a swirl and egeing. Nose is apple core, funk, straw, wood must, apple skins, herb Taste comprises dirty apple, funk, straw, barnyard twang, vinous, light acidic tinge, apple core. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with an earthy hop tinged climax. Solid stuff.

Bottle shared. Hazy reddish golden. Smells very funky and like peach. Aroma is peach, soft grains, dry apple, rosé wine, funky, woody. Lighter sweet and sour, light bitter. Medium bodied, quite dry. Interesting stuff!

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 07/01/23. Golden copper with a reddish glint topped with a light crimson cap that escapes edgewards. Nose is red berry skins, herb, hedgerow, apple skins, perfume, elderflower nip. Taste comprises tangy apple, light acidic tickle, blackcurrant pips, more prominent elderflower, mellow funk, vinous, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. If flavoured ciders were always this good I'd pay them a lot more attention!

Panda courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! 2020 Vintage. Orangey amber colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of horseblanket funk, apple, fruity, floral, some citric rind. Taste is tart, funky, bretty horseblanket, fruity, apple, grapey wine-like notes, and citric with some sour acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry sour funky finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tart, berries, fruity, raspberry, apple, some quince, grape and floral elderflower notes. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sour fruity finish. Nicely drinkable.
