750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. 2019 Fruit Pet Nat. 7.5%. Opened with a loud pop. Hazy orange amber colour, white foam head and aroma of fruity, apple, grapey, some funk. Taste is sweet, sour, apple, red grape, some lactic funk, citric rind, with sour drying acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour finish. Nicely drinkable.

The flavour is acidic, sour, with a light herbal, super dry, floral hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Didn’t care much for the floral hoppy finish.
