Can at cgarvieuk tasting. Appearance - deep brown to black and opaque. Nose - raisins, chocolate and coffee. Taste - more of the same. Palate - medium bodied and creamy in texture. Dry finish. Overall - good.

Bottle at hotel room apparently I drink my bought a bunch of beer I am now stuck with either bringing back to America or drinking tonight. Dirty orange pour small head. Nose is light floral and citrus and hay. Tastes of barnwood, straw, lemon zest, little light cheesey funk. Thinnner bodied.

Can. Darkest brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, light roast, herbal, a bit fruity with cherries. Taste is chocolate, roasty, herbal, a touch chili flesh even (from the peppercorns I guess), a bit rosemary. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Alright!

18/3/2019. Bottle from Honest Brew. Pours almost clear amber gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of hops, fruit, sweet malt, light pine, orange and tropical notes. Medium plus fruity sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation. Increasingly sweet finish. Ok, nice aroma, but too sweet.

Hazy deep amber colour, huge lasting frothy beige head, heavy lacing. Aroma toasted malt, red fruit, black currant, light caramel. Flavour malty, grainy, fruity, yeasty. Malty sweetbitter finish, earthy notes, nice, well-balanced red ale.
