[33cl can from Beer52.] A clear inky brown colour pour with a loose, billowing beige head; malty aroma; bready body with a light bitterness to start; then some charred grains giving a lasting bitter finish that builds as time slips by.

330ml can via Beer52. Poured into an old Forbidden Fruit chalice on 24th May 2026 in my back garden after some serious gardening in the afternoon sunshine. Black with a thin beige head. Hoppy and malty. Liked it.

Tap at Cullach Brewing - hazy yellow pour with a small white head. Smells of yeast, citrus, clove. Flavor is sweeter than expected wheat malt, citrus, clove, cinnamon. Finishes a bit dry.

Bottle: Poured a deep brown almost black with red edges the head is beige. Aroma is rich roasted malts, chocolate, coffee. Taste is roasted malts, dark fruits, dark chocolate, hint of coffee.

Can @Beershoppe (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma color cappuccino, mediamente persistente. Al naso spettacolare nota di malti tostati, cacao, nocciola, gianduia, caffè. In bocca è uno spettacolo, equilibrata, profonda, rotonda, ma dalla grande beva, mirabile gioco di malti, con apertura abboccata e chiusura amara il giusto. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Un capolavoro.

Can @Beershoppe(Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note erbacee e floreali, di tè verde. In bocca è morbida, equilibrata, con amaro e secchezza bilanciati. Corpo leggero, carbonazione corretta. Ok.

Bottle @Beershoppe (Rome). Bruna, intensa, schiuma beige leggera, non molto persistente. Al naso note di malti tostati, leggero caffè, cocco, leggero cioccolato, molto delicata. In bocca è morbida, attacco un filo abboccato e chiusura andata leggera a bilanciare, secca. Corpo esile, carbonazione leggera. Gradevole, un bel bere.
