Draught, taster. Sampled on the 16/03/2019 at Barcelona Beer Festival 2019, (L´Hospitalet, Spain). Light orange colour with a low white head. Aroma is resinous, hoppy, caramel and pine. Taste is medium hoppy with a strong resinous profile. Finish is medium bitter. Soft caramel. Next one please!

Bottle at cgarvieuk tasting. Appearance - deep amber to brown. Nose - toffee and hazelnuts. Taste - more chewy hazelnuts and the booze us very evident. Palate - medium bodied and chewy through middle and finish. Overall - good though booze sticking out.

Bottle at cgarvieuk tasting. Appearance - deep amber. Nose - marmalade and nuts. Boozy edge. Taste - bitter orange. Thick shred marmalade. Herby edge this time. Palate - medium bodied and tangy. Bitter sweet finish. Overall - good.

Bottle at Craig's. Pours clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aromas of toffee, caramel, nuts. Taste is more of the same. Light sweet finish. Solid barleywine.

Bottle. Hazy brown color with beige head. Aroma is caramel, vanilla, fudge, barrel sugars. Taste is caramel, vanilla, fudge, very nicely balanced, although it's quite sweet and woody. Silky mouthfeel with low carbonation.
