Huge thanks to the Raven crew! Dark brown body with some tan head. The aroma... the aroma is a wow, and a just wow, the essence of chocolate, just fantastically chocolatey! Of course the taste couldn't fully live up to that but the chocolatey sweetness is still there and excellente, and lean enough not to be overwhelming. A fantastic dessert beer!

(bottle 0,5l from online beershop.cz) Overall: Good classic IPA. Bitter with malty backbone. Aroma: Citrusy hops, light malty. Appearance: Hazy golden. Long lasting white head. Taste: Medium sweet, malty, medium bitter, citrusy hops, fruity. Palate: Medium body. Light creamy texture. Long bitter finish.

Aroma: Strong cocoa, chocolate, vanilla.
Appearance: Dark brown color. Medium, brown head.
Taste: Very sweet, spicy alcohol, cocoa, chocolate, vanilla.
Palate: Full body. Creamy texture. Light warm, light astringent finish.

500 ml bottle from Õllepood Nr 1, Tartu. Pours mahogany red, slightly cloudy, not that much foam, head disappears quickly. Nose is sweetish, malt character and red ale specific tannin addition there. Only a slight hint of goat yoghurt. Ginger comes out in the taste, spicy and edging on bitter as well. Bitterness is a bit harsh and unbalanced, still relatively fresh hop character. Finish has so.e hop bitterness that could also be coming from ginger. Overall not bad, can drink this one.

500 ml bottle from Õllepood Nr 2, Pärnu. Pours cloudy amber, relatively limited foam this time, beige-ish and disappears quickly. Nose is sweetish-malty, light yoghurt character there indicating a possible (coming) infection. Taste has malts and caramel, sweetish mouthfeel that has also some light hop character. Probably past it's prime, although it's just 5 months old and they give 12 months on the bottle. Sweetish caramelly and lightly herbal IPA, drinkable for sure, just not at its prime and a bit too sweet.
