In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.
Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

750ml bottle thanks to Nick. It pours lightly hazy yellow - gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is spritzy, vibrant, lemon sherbet, lemon - lime, gooseberry, melon, soor plooms, white grape and lemon curd. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, sour, puckering, fizzy sherbet, white grape, quite clean, gooseberry, lemon - lime, vinous, light acidity, flying saucers, dry oak, light funk, musty and some tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy. Absolutely lovely. So vibrant, tart and fruity.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy orange with a big creamy white head. Nose - orange and gently bready. Taste - orange and ripe peach. Orange peel sees it out. Palate - light bodied, then builds to a creaminess, before a sharp bitter finish. Overall - yeah, lovely pale ale.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden amber with a very thin head. Nose - caramel, apple, orange peel and brown bread. Taste - stewed apple, brown bread and actually a bit cakey. Palate - light to medium bodied, rich and chewy middle and finish. Overall - quite like this, going into Bitter style a wee bit for me, and that's not a bad thing. Good malt profile.

Can at Howies, Edi. Pale clear gold, offwhite lace.
Dry cracker nose, a bit lighstruck???
Straw malt base, very restrained hops, medium light body, meh, no idea why this is more expensive than the other options on the menu
