Draft at Lil’s Taproom, Singapore. Poured a murky golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is bretty yeast, light hops. The flavour is light sour, with a fresh, crisp, malt, dry bretty yeast, light citrus woody hop palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Nicely balanced with the Brett. Refreshing and not overly sour.

[June 2023] Very slightly hazy straw colour with a bubbly white head and a grassy aroma. Nice and fresh, a little fruity, a little grassy with crisp bitterness finishing things off

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - light, cloudy orange with a snow white, nicely proportioned head. Nose - dried apricot and orange peel. Taste - orange, apricot, melon and grassy hops. Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy middle with some grassy and zesty bitterness. Overall - good, but would like to retry when the green hop note falls away a bit.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - golden with a light haze. White head. Nose - peach and orange. Taste - peach, apricot, orange zest and lightly herbaceous. Palate - light bodied and creamy middle. Zesty finish. Overall - good.
