In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.
Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - murky yellow with a creamy, snow white head. Nose - pineapple, melon and light, green hop. Taste - ripe apples or pears. Green hop a bit dominant. Palate - light bodied, creamy middle and bitter finish. Overall - this will be better in a few months time. The green hop is giving too much astringent bitterness.
