Description
We pride ourselves on brewing exceptionally high-quality beer for you to enjoy, whether that’s at home or on an adventure. We source quality ingredients from the best suppliers, ensuring our beer is delicious and fresh.
In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.
Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Can from Cork & Cask. Clear golden body with a thick white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of sea salt and raw potato. Flavour of earth and steel with a bitter, hoppy bite. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Very fizzy. A decent lager with a spiky finish.

Crowler from Brewdog Inverurie. It pours clearish yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, doughy bread, rich tea biscuit, grassy, slightly herbal and just a touch of mint. The taste is nice and dry upfront, some bitterness, crisp and snappy, green, grassy, herbal, light mint, touch of peppery spice, pithy citrus, floury bread and hay. Finishes up crisp and firmly dry. Average body and moderate+ carbonation.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep brown to black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - mainly raspberry rather than any porter or stout aromas. Creamy chocolate does come through late. Taste - fresh raspberry and again with a creamy chocolate backdrop. Palate - creamy in texture. Tart and generally fresh finish. Close to bodied. Overall - very good.
