Description
We pride ourselves on brewing exceptionally high-quality beer for you to enjoy, whether that’s at home or on an adventure. We source quality ingredients from the best suppliers, ensuring our beer is delicious and fresh.

In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.

Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Went into the Innis & Gunn in Edinburgh fully expecting to order an I&G but found them all to be regulars. Came out with this hoppy-fruity session. Not a bad end to proceedings.

First live music encounter in Edinburgh during this drink, a cover of KC And The Sunshine Band with guitars only. Not bad. Same for the beer, although a lager so hard to be outstanding. Clean, crisp and a bit hoppy. After this "You were working as a waitress in a cocktail bar..."

First third measure available to be ordered after visiting 20+ venues in the Edinburgh area. Citrus with a gentle sourness, certainly appealing in this respect

Visited the Royal Botanic Gardens of Edinburgh earlier and saw some rare species. Scottish style ales are quite rare in England too where I live, so really enjoyed this soft dark traditional brew - or as traditional as it gets from keg!

Can from Lupe Pintos. Ruby body with a light haze and a beige head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pine needles, charred wood and roasted malt. Flavour of toffee, pine and cranberry. Medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. This reminds me of Cromarty’s Red Rocker. I really enjoyed this - it’s a malty, hoppy treat. My kind of beer.
