In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.
Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Keg at the Hanging Bat, Edinburgh, 05/10/24. Pitch black with a lasting khaki head. Nose is dried fruit esters, cocoa powder, light charr, toffee. Taste comprises roast malts, charr, ashen bite, dark chocolate, earthy tones. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

440ml can from Leith Bottle Shop. Gluten Free. Dark amber brown colour, bubbly beige foam head and aroma of malt, hops. Taste is malty, roasted, toasty, with some tobacco and citrusy, pine, dank hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry malty hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden yellow with a light hazy, foamy white head. Nose - dank with big peach notes, light orange. Taste - overripe peach, light sweat and some orange zest on the linger. Palate - medium bodied, juicy middle and zesty finish. Overall - well made beer!!

Draught at Guildford Arms, Edinburgh. Gluten Free. Hazy pale gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, hops. Taste is malt, grain, tropical fruitý, citrus, pine with hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

Keg at ORB, Darlington. Pale golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of grain, grass, hops. Taste is sweetish, pale malt, grainy, with hay, straw and grassy hop bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable
