On cask at Ryries. Appearance - cloudy orange with a snow white head. Nose - orange, grapes, bread, a little Muesli going on. Taste - more orange and cereal. Palate - light bodied, creamy middle, lightly zesty and dry malty finish. Overall - yep, good.

ABV: 10.0%. Clear dark black - red brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, dark fruit, chocolate, roasted, barrel, umami. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming. [20191010]

Cask at Thomson’s Bar together with Craig, middle April 24. Perfumed citrus, tropics, stonefruit nose Handpump, thompsons Pale golden, light haze. Light mellow body, Lovely citrus and sweet starfruit aftertaste.
