bottle from Euro Trade 3 - 2017, from Koelschtrinker pours golden/yellow with a white head. aroma of malts, grain, wey, not that great. Taste of some light citrus, malty, wey, licht caramel, thin, biscuit, pretty sweet, weak bitterness, a bit too malty sweetness, chalky dry, medium body. --- Beer merged from original tick of Edel-Hell on 15 May 2018 at 20:21 - Score: 5

Bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Pours clear golden. Aroma is grains, some hops, pale malts, grass, hay. Body is medium, sweetish, low bitterness, clover, yeast, dough. Palate is sweetish. Quaffable, yet not particularly interesting.

Bottle, as Dinkelsb[hler Weisse, courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Pours murky yellow. Aroma is bubble gum, banana, coriander. Body is medium, pretty typical for a German Hefeweizen, yet rather a bit sweeter and less refreshing, softer carbonation. Quite well balanced, but there are betters.
