Bottle @ benzai. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour with a head that doesn’t last. Smells fresh, hint of lemon, malts, summer. Tastes sweetish, fresh, hint of lemon and other fruits, malts, slightly smoked, saison yeast. Thin to medium body, criso to fizzy carbo.

Many thank so Werckmeister for this bottle! Fruity floral nose, nice. The beer starts smooth, pine, but not too floral. Malty sweetish body. Lots of pine, hints of citrus. Highly drinkable, a bit viscous, slightly bitter. The malty-sweetish body is dominating.

750 ml bottle from Beer Store Vienna.
Dark amber, brownish, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, off-white head.
Aroma of nuts, grass, sweet bread, honey, ripe fruits, subtle citric notes, some rubber.
Taste with a lot of smooth honey, ripe fruits, citric hops, nuts, bread.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a soft carbonation.
Finishes alcohol warming, malty, hoppy, a bit zesty, fruity.

Very good. Not the most complex Barley Wine I’ve had, but a really smooth, full, warming beer. I like the taste more than nose though, especially because of the very nice honey notes.

330 ml bottle on 2/14/2015, organised by Sebilinz. Thanks!
Pale yellow, slightly pink, cloudy body, with a tiny, white head.
Aroma with loads of sweet-sour raspberries, some other sour fruits, subtle malty notes.
Taste has the same aromas, while the raspberries are more sour than sweet.
Quite light mouthfeel, with a low carbonation.
Finishes sour-fruity, a bit bitter.

Amber/pink, hazy body, with a big, frothy, stable, white head.
Aroma with loads of sweet-sour raspberries, yeast, some sweet malts.
Taste follows this, with some more dough notes.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes with more sour than sweet raspberries, yeasty, a bit dry, malty.

Tasty. This is all about the raspberries, with some notes from the base beer in the background. The raspberries are very clear and direct and fortunately not too sweet. Really well balanced and most of all very fresh!

Bottle. Aroma rather mild, lacking a bit. Taste initially rather sweet, caramel, later only barely balanced by bitterness. Lack of IBUs, but there is quite nice amount of exotic hoppy fruit flavour. Needs to be fresher probably.

Bottle. Aroma damp dank basement. Not exactly welcoming. Cleare orange colour. Taste is far better, but still rather average. Citrusy, fruity hops flavour, but the basement stays in moderate amount. Really rather average beer.

Thank you very much, Werckmeister, for this bottle! The beer starts dark and roasty. Easy to drink, but nice dry and dark. Nice bitter aroma among the roast, nice dark malt, smooth but great dry. The aftertaste is long and intense roasty-dry with a subtle sweetness that makes it very drinkable. A great porter!
