Butelka (0.75l):Pale golden to golden, cloudy, lively carbonation, little floaties visible, loose but stable white lacy head; moderate herbal grassy and dryish grapefruity-citrussy nose, some pale malt detectable; almost solid dryish bitter-sweet flavour, sweet malty base still detectable, light to medium bodied and pretty soft; pleasantly lingering and not too dry bitter-sweet finish with a robust grapefruity touch. Very nice session brew…

0,75 l bottle from Sonnenschein in Witten, best before 8/7/2015. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Shy, fruity-malty aroma of passion fruit, mango and grass with minimal hints of butter. Sweetish, fruity-malty aroma of passion fruit, mango and grass with hints of butter, followed by a medium long, medium bitter finish. Medium body, slightly creamy texture, average carbonation. Very solid, expected a little more hop aroma. Still, the most interesting one of the (first) three beers from Ruhrtal Brauerei.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Hazy yellow with a whispy white head. Fresh grassy citrus aroma. Medium bodied and smooth well balanced

Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Das Bier ist leicht trüb, goldgelb und hat eine geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Citrusfrüchten, dezent hopfig fruchtig. Geschmack sehr fruchtig, Citrusfrüchte, dezente hopfige Bitterkeit, süffig, ok!

Very floral and fruity nose. The beer starts fresh and floral. Nice fruity pine, slightly sweetish body. Slightly grainy, but fresh, nice fresh hoppy aftertaste. Round, smooth. Very great! Fresh hoppy and great floral aftertaste. Nice bittered, slightly grainy, great!

Hopfiger, trocken herber Antrunk. Mild fruchtig, was aber hinter der Trockenheit zum Teil verloren geht. Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung, der Hopfen wird zum Ende blumiger aber auch etwas klebrig. Eher kurzer Nachgeschmack. Ok. 12/9/10/9/8/9

Sweetish, grassy aroma with bread and cereals as well as hints of vanilla and citrus in the background. Sweetish taste of grass, straw, cereals and biscuits. Short, slightly bitter finish. Thin to medium body, fresh mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very easy to drink and relatively tasty but nothing really outstanding.

Beautiful, 0,75 l bottle, best before 11/4/2015. Clear, dark reddish brown with a huge, fluffy, slowly diminishing, tan head. Nice aroma of roasted malts, nuts and caramel with hints of dark chocolate and licorice. Sweetish, malty taste of roasted nuts and dark chocolate with hints of licorice. Short, just slightly bitter finish. Medium-bodied, slightly creamy mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Well-balanced beer which unfortunately lacks a bit of intensity. Not to say boring, it is quite nice but not as spectacular as the ratings up to now suggest.
