0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Pale golden nearly clear in the glass with a white huge two finger head. Grassy caramell smell. Taste is grassy grainy, some carmelle. Increasing bitterness on a mediocre level, little bit metallic. Okay.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts fine malty-spicy, light alcoholic notes. Some woody hints. Finish dry-malty and spicy. Not bad.

(bottle, 75cl) Cloudy, orange-golden coloured hue with a blond and slowly lacing mid-sized foamy head. Distinctively fruity hoppy aroma with notes of grapefruit and passion fruit, as well as a mildly piney touch. Moderately bitter flavor with a mildly malty sweetness, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Dry malt character with subtle notes of biscuits and a good dash of fruity and slightly piney hops; dry and lasting fruity hoppy finish with a mildly tropical twist. Good. 01.IV.15

0.33 l bottle from 'Sonnenschein', best before September 2018. Clear, golden amber with a large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, grassy, moderately fruity and slightly floral aroma of lemon peel, fresh grass and some grains. Medium sweet, malty, slightly bitter, rather grassy, gently fruity and slightly floral taste of grains, honey, lemon peel and fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy and a little peppery-yeasty finish. Medium body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very nice beer, pretty refreshing and therefore quite different from most examples of the style, still balanced with a solid malty sweetness.

33cl bottle from the brewery. Golden nose with hints of grain. The beer starts smooth and fresh, grainy with a soft caramelly ending and a quite high bitterness. Easy to drink, refreshing with a smooth bitter caramelly ending. Very interesting brew with a nice bitterness. Well made!

(bottle, 75cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and firm medium-sized foamy head. Moderately yeasty-spicy and wheaty aroma with notes of lemon, white bread and delicately flowery hops. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Initially grainy and slightly mineralic taste with hints of white bread and lighter fruity notes; mildly sweet and restrained bitter finish. Decent but somewhat lacks the “Belgian” character. 08.II.18

Big thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Fine hoppy-fruity aroma. Starts hoppy, fruity notes of lemon, apricot, light sourish. Mild bitter background. All in all well balanced. Quite drinkable. Really nice one!
