500ml bottle. Clear, dark copper colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Minimally waxy, grassy, hoppy aroma, hints of protein, rather neutral malty background. Taste is floral hoppy and caramel malty, notes of Earl Grey tea, bergamot, a touch of hazelnut and nougat. Funny composition.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Strawy, grainy and sweet-ish, malty aroma, cautious floral hoppy overtones with a touch of pollen and honey. Taste is sweet-ish, spicy malty, minimally grainy and strawy, a fruity touch of pear and yellow apple, mirabelle, cautious floral hoppy overtones. Quite rich and complex for the style, nice subtleties which require a certain degree of attention. Whereas "grainy" and "strawy" in most cases are adjectives with pejorative connotation due to a certain mustiness, I use them here in at least a neutral way - not as a sign of impureness nor displeasure. Good.

Bottle.cloudy yellow, low eggshell head. Juicy grainy malt aroma, a hint banana even. Medium body, chewy mellow mouthfeel, fruity sweetness, light hay and grain, well balanced hop counterpoint. Quite drinkable and moreish.

From barrel at Moor. It clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, bready, brioche, sponge cake, oily, grassy and straw. The taste is dry, soft, sweet, oily, bready, brioche, grassy, green, almond, sponge cake, herbal vibes, straw and sweet banana with a soft finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice stuff.

Summer Sunday @ Dolle. Dark golden with a small white head. Malty aroma with bread and grain, along with a fruity touch and a hint of alcohol. Sweet malty flavour with a fruity touch. Herbal hops and a nice bitter finish.

Bottle @ Oberfranken Neuheiten, Summer Bottleshare Odense, Summer 2018. Pours amber copper with a creamy white head. Caramel and bready. Good malty. A touch of alcohol. Clean.

Bottle @ Oberfranken Neuheiten, Summer Bottleshare Odense, Summer 2018. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy head. Cellar, dusty malts, grains and grass beneath. Some good white bready malts - slight green apple also unfortunately.

Summer Sunday @ Dolle. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Bready malt aroma with a touch of red apples. Sweet malty flavour with a fruity touch of apple, and a hint of grassy hops in the finish.

Tap @ Brewery as "Keller Pils". Pours clear pale yellow with a White head. Grass , grains and corn. Clean enough.
