"Först Drügendorf Festbier 1525", Flasche (MHD: 08.03.26) von Sagasser, FO, 4.11.2025. - Goldbraun, schwach trüb. - In der Nase eher blasses (für ein Festbier) karamelliges Malz, unfrische hefig-kellerig-buttrige Züge und nur milde, weich orangenfruchtige Hopfung mit leiser pfeffriger Note, welche die fränkische Herkunft verrät. - Antrunk schwach modrig und streng gerstig-malzig mit blaß orangenbitterer, sonst leerer Hopfenbittere. Gut rezent, für ein Festbier eher dünn, hart im Mund. Im Abgang trockene, leicht derbe Hopfenbittere. - Dünnes, unfrisches, derb bitteres Bierchen: für fränkische Verhältnisse ungewöhnlich schlecht.

50 cl bottle.Aroma is like crema catalana. Clear gold.No head. Light carbonation.Earthy notes and hay. Quaffable !

Hazy brown colour lasting beige head. Malty aroma Malty flavour in the mouth brown malt flavour. Light hops. Drinkability is good low carbonation. But one dimensional but fine. Bought at Rewe Bamberg and drunk with Nelson.

Gravity cask at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Clear coppery amber, mid sized head. Caramelly nose with mild floral notes. Sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and toast, notes of rose water and hay. Mid bitter finish.

Again big thank you to kappldav123 for this 0,5 l bottle. Cloudy golden in the glass, one finger white head. Grassy grainy aroma, some caramel, some bitter hop. Taste starts with smooth grain and caramel, decent sweetness, increasing malt. Low bitterness. Mid carbonation. Smooth and easy drinking balanced beer.

0,5 l bottle as Brauerei Först Export with big thank you to kappldav123. Dark golden amber with a more than one finger white foamy head. Looks really good. Caramel with light toasted malt on the nose. Taste has also caramel with light malt, some sweetness. Low bitterness. Below average carbonation. Nice easy drinker.
