Had this as Brauerei Först Drügendorf Export. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a small head. Starts fine malty, spicy, a bit sweetish, wheaty notes as well. Very shy bitterness. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Not bad.

Draught at Ma Che, 5/3/24. Clear brass. Small, white head, good retention. Light hop, light mineral, crackery malt and maybe a touch metallic. Clean. Lots of barley up front. Some minor acetyldehyde-like issues. Maybe some grape notes. And yet it's still quite malty and drinkable with good depth and attenuation. Very low hop character, but ample bitterness.

Bottle @ Rewe, relatively close to the brewery. Pours cloudy orange copper with a small creamy head. Caramelized apples, White bread, honey and sultanas. A touch of barnyard and some sticky hops. Quite rustic. Reminding me of something between Rittmayer Aisch Hausbrsu and Görchla Bock. Bitter finish. Very enjoyable and quite fragile.

Bottle, danke Günther! Light hazy amber, low creamy offwhite head. Juicy honeyish malt nose, a tiny bit veggies. Medium to full dry body. Starts sweet, honey and cracker malt, some fruitiness, fitting grassy, melon hop counterpoint. Fat balanced Maibock.
