Cask (Bayerishe Anstich) at Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy dark bronze colour, rocky head. Buttery malt aroma with a whiff of vegetables. Medium sweet with soft, well rounded mouthfeel. Salty finish with grassy bitterness. A mild and nicely malty very drinkable beer, but the vegetables in the nose distracts.

Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. Reddish golden, average head. Light aroma of butter and roasty malt. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel, notes of caramel and apples. Low bitterness. Not the most exciting Franconian beer ever. (5/3/6/2/10 = 2.6)
Re-rate draught at the brewpub. Clear amber, rich firm head. Roasty perfumy and cellary. Medium bodied aromatic and fresh. Soft and pleasant with grassy bitter finish. Amazing how serving it from barrel lifted the character!

Bottled. An orange beer with a lazing off-white heat. The aroma is sweet and very malty, combined with a light note of straw. The flavor is sweet mlaty with light notes of straw and grain, leading to a dry bitter finish with a note of straw lingering around.

(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized, almost white foamy head. Sweet, slightly toasted cara-malty nose with a shy whiff of hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Slightly toasted malty taste with notes of caramel; medium-dry, slightly bitter finish with a restrained hops character. This one is more a Landbier than an Export; quite pleasant to drink.

(bottle, bought at the brewery) Clear, pale golden colour with a foamy white medium-sized head. Sweet malty, slightly grainy nose with honey and herbal hops in the background. Bitter, slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with an almost crispy mouthfeel. Solid malty, slightly chalky taste with herbal notes getting slightly stronger towards the dry and moderately bitter finish. Clean and rounded Lager.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized, eggshell coloured foamy head. Moderately sweet, a bit malt-sugary and grainy, butter cookie aroma. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, malt-accented, slightly biscuity taste with a restrained hop character. The residual malty sweetness makes me think of a Bohemian 12° Lager. Drinkable but unconventional Pils.
