Schraubverschlußflasche (donated by Quack-Duck!): Golden, hazy, mid-sized rocky off-white head, herbal citrussy and yeasty nose with a slight metallic touch; light to medium bodied, quite soft, sweetish-bitter flavour; mild bitter-sweet finish with a very faint hoppy aftertaste. Disappointing....

bottle from Rappen Heimdienst. Hazy deep golden colour, large and creamy white head. Wheaty aroma. Wheaty and yeasty flavours dominate, shy hints of banana, spicy finish with some hops and a touch of spice. Very nice, light, refreshing summer beer, a delicious thirst quencher.

(screw cap bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck – thanks!) Hazy, pale golden colour with a huge and minimally off-white foamy head. Yeasty, delicately grainy pale malty aroma with herbal and subtle citric hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Yeasty pale malty taste with herbal hoppy spice; a bit slim but rounded malty and herbal hoppy finish. Likeable but not very Winter-like. 10.IV.12

(bottle) Coudy, murky golden colour with a tall off-white foamy head. Slightly wheaty and yeasty aroma with strong notes of cooked vegetables. Sweet flavour, light bodied with a rather flat carbonation. Mashy and veggie taste with notes of cooked carrots and shy notes of wheat; sweet and sticky finish. 25.IV.12
