Bottle: Clear, pale golden coloured, medium sized fluffy head; citrousy and pale-malty nose with some traces of umbels in the background; mild sweetish fruity (citrousy) flavour; malty and citrousy finish, accompanied by some shy hops. A drinkable Helles, nothing more.............

(Bottle 50 cl) Now simply known as "Kitzmann Weissbier". Beautiful yellowish golden. Typically unclear with a bubbly head that collapses rather quickly leaving a small, creamy layer on top of the beer. Lovely fruity esters with notes of banana and citrus. Decent wheat. 210505

(Bottle 50 cl) Pale orangey golden, very limited head. Quite high on the malt sugars with a very soft mouthfeel. Bitterness is pretty much completely absent. Rather typical "Helles". 030505

(Bottle 50 cl) Pale golden, unfiltered, huge head. Lots of yeasty aromas and fruit-esters. On the surface this beer has all the right characteristicas for a German Wheat. But in this diet-version with 40% less alcohol it ends up oddly sloppy and watery completely without body. Like water with Weissbier-flavour. The kind of beer you only drink if you’ve promised to be the driver after the party. 220405

(Bottle 50 cl) Straw-golden with a small yet definately existing head. Extremely lovely hop-aroma from high-quality aroma-hops. Also a pronounced bitterness. Quality pils. 050405

Bottled. Pale golden with rich, dense head. Bready and grassy, dry and soft. Pleasantly deep malt character leading to lingering grassy bitterness. A delightful pilsener!

Bottled. Hazy yellow, brief head. Banana aroma. Deep bread papery maltiness. Quite dry and soft. Pleasant and refreshing. A good weizen.
