Location: Draft at O.H.S.O., 3/8/14

Aroma: It has a nice resiny/pine aroma, with some nice citrus, and some spice notes
Appearance: This one pours a clear golden color with a nice white head on it
Flavor: The taste is much the same, with a big hoppy bitterness, and a clean hop finish
Palate: The body is medium-plus, it has a clean feel, and a nice, dry finish
Overall Impression: This was another really tasty beer from Dragoon. It wasn't quite as good as their Red IPA, but it was a heck of a beer. Excluding the much ballyhooed Wilderness (which totally lived up to the hype), I think Dragoon may have been the Arizona brewery that impressed me to the most on my trip.

Flavor: Flavor is nicely balanced, caramel and grapefruit sweetness, resiny hop bitterness

Draft - Pine and skunk. Clear gold with a thick white head. Piney and skunky with a nice balance of bitterness. Reminds me of Green Flash, which is a good thing.

Poured up at Flanny’s Arizona on Tap Festival with a crystal clear deep gold body that supports an off white head of foam. The aroma offers up pine hops as well as a good size dose of floral hops and then a sliver of grapefruit like citrus hoppiness. The taste is full of firm hoppiness with bitter grapefruit and tangelo that has an edge of resiny hops and then flowing into a good load of floral hops that are mixed with sweet malts. With additional sips a resiny pine hop note starts to move more and more forward. Enjoyable single hop effort.

A translucent golden amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, classic biscuit malt with floral hops, orange pulp, very nice. In mouth, good biscuit malt with loads of resinous and catty hops, grapefruit pulp, alcohol warmth, almost in DIPA territory.
