We believe that Teton Valley, Idaho is the best place on earth to craft beer. Our water is glacial run-off, filtered over 300-500 years by Teton Mountain granite and limestone before it surfaces at a spring a half mile from the brewery. Teton Valley grows the world’s best malting barley, and Southern Idaho includes some of the finest hop farms in the world.

12 oz can. Aroma has notes of dark bread, coffee, cocoa. Pours black with a one+ finger tan head with great retention. Taste is bittersweet (highly bitter for style) with flavors of coffee and cocoa. Finishes very dry. Alcohol is hidden fairly well; tastes like it could be in the 6 or 7% range. Mouthfeel is prickly, bordering on velvety. Really tasty, especially for coffee lovers.

Can from Beer Republic advent calendar day 8, drunk after cutting cavities in the bass guitar body. Torrefied ash is a pain! Now the beer... Light orange color, nice head, clementine lemon nose. Pretty juicy, nice mouthfeel that's not too sweet or thick. A bit lacking, can't read brew date due to a print failure but it tastes a bit aged. Otherwise, decent bitterness and flavors.

On tap at Here’s How. Foggy deep magenta pour. Definitely pink fluffy head. Clean tart berry flavors, soft subtle wheat malt base. Plenty of fruit character but not sweet. A touch soapy even on the dry fruit tartness

Draft at Hops & Bottles. Muddy cranberry pour, islands of fine bubbles. Berry aroma, more candy than fruit. Taste is "berries", fruity, light bready notes, then nothing. Falls off quickly.
