We believe that Teton Valley, Idaho is the best place on earth to craft beer. Our water is glacial run-off, filtered over 300-500 years by Teton Mountain granite and limestone before it surfaces at a spring a half mile from the brewery. Teton Valley grows the world’s best malting barley, and Southern Idaho includes some of the finest hop farms in the world.

12oz pour is a raspberry purple with some pink head. Nose has raspberry and cherry and blood orange, some grapefruit too. Flavor is acetic, then comes all the berry. Tart finish. Just OK. 6 3 6 3 11

On tap pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet stone fruit with a hit of citrus. Taste is more of the nice citrus kick and some stone fruit notes.

12oz can from Hops & Bottles. Pale golden, small frothy white head. Malty, bready aroma. Taste is grainy, biscuity, light sweetness and the bitter snap at the finish is spot on for the style. Great work!

12 oz from a six pack. Aroma has notes of latex, citrus. Pours lightly hazy golden with a two finger off white pillowy head with excellent retention. Taste has a moderate pithy bitterness with zero sweetness, finishing dry. Some piney, light citrus flavors. Crisp and clean but a little boring.

Can pour. Poured a hazy red-hued orange color with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma was big boysenberries, raspberries. Flavor was big very berry. Light tartness, not overly tart, or overly sweet. Pleasant fruit notes. Tasty stuff.

First off, I love this can. Simple and elegant artwork reppin’ my home state. Pours a bright yellow color, perfect clarity, and a creamy white head. Sweet, grassy, and floral aroma translates into a deep floral hop taste. Deep lingering bitterness. Grassy, floral, and herbal. Finishes what I’d describe as dry, but refreshing.
