A: grass, dill, rosemary, grape.
T: sweetish grape, herbal dill, bread, vague honey.
F: grassy hops, bittersweet honey, spices, yeast.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Nicely herbal and bitter.

T: sweetish apple, bread, bitter yeast.
F: grassy hops, crisp, dry malts & yeast.
P: light to medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Enjoyable.

T: sweetish pear, bitter apple peel, wheat.
F: grassy hops, some grapefruit, wheat.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Inoffensive, just not a lot of character.

A: hazy black, small, frothy, beige head.
A: blackberry, hot cherries, toast, almond.
T: sweetish-sourish blackberry & cherry, almond, jam on toast, faint soy.
F: tart cherry, soft earthy hops.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Cherry works well here even though it sacrifices some bitterness.

A: sulphur, old mango & orange peel, melon, biscuit.
T: sweetish melon, sourish berry, biscuit, plum jam.
F: soft earthy hops, orange zest.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Sour hint works well here but needs some cleaning.

A: bramble- & blackberry, toast, almond, prune.
T: sweetish-sourish blackbberry, apple peel, toast.
F: soft earthy hops, sourish berry, pink grapefruit.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Not bad, could have been more pronounced on the hop side.
