0,5 l bottle. Cloudy amber in the glass, two finger steady pale beige intensive foamy head. Looks really good. Grainy smell, little bit grassy. Taste is grainy, hints of toasted malt, some bitterhop in the background intensive grainy and some nuts in the second part. Dry malty bitter at the end.

Bottle, danke Gregor! Clear dark chestnut, tanned cream. Fruity grassy hop on dry roast aroma. Medium mellow body. Good hard baked bread base, light spongecake, pleasant roast, a hint iodine, subtle broad hop finish. Very nice well balanced Dunkel/Schwarzbier.

Bottle. Clear golden, fine plentiful carbonation, big fluffy white head. Grassy hops, a hint iron and sulphur. Medium to full chewy sparkly body. Cracker and bready malt, dry, broad grassy, citric and herbal hop counterpoint. A bit sweetness in the finish to soften the bitterness. Moreish beer.

Wagner Zwilling, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Mit 5,8 % (laut Etikett) und mit Naturhopfen aus eigenem Anbau eher ein besonders eingebrautes Märzen als ein Landbier. - Dunkles Rotgold, klar. - In der Nase sattes, zart röstiges Toastmalz, Brotkruste, ein wenig Butter und Vanille, milde aber aromatische hopfenwürzige Herbe und eine leichte, gar nicht unangenehme ranzige Note. - Antrunk märzentypisch satt und tief toastmalzig mit dunkler Brotkruste und eher würziger als süßer Karamelnote, Bayrisch Blockmalz, Kräuterzucker. Feine hopfenwürzige und herbale Herbe mit mediterranen Kräutern und milder Orangenschale. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang fein malzbitter mit milder herbaler Herbe. - Schönes, intensiv malziges und elegant gehopftes Festbier, komplex und doch süffig. (16.2.2021.)

Sehr derbes, mehr herb als fruchtiges Weizen. Nelke, schon auch süß, mittig bis hinten bitter. Passt schon.

Bottle. Color: Orangish golden to amber, off-white head. Aroma: Malty, sublte rauch and caramel. Taste: Sweetish, malty, caramel, quite subtle smoke notes, light fruity hints of yellow fruit / stone fruit. Moderate sweet, light bitterness. Somewhat more hopbitterness at finish. Nice.

Clear copper colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour are smokey, meaty and malty. Nice bitterness in the finish.

Zunächst herb fruchtig, frisch, mit deutlich bitterer Note. Im Mittelteil schmeckt man gekochte Früchte und eine säuerliche Note (eine Mischung aus Zitronensaft und Obstessig). Das Ganze hat eine gewisse Exotik. Gute Substanz, trotzdem noch süffig. Trotz mehrfacher Verkostung bin ich etwas unschlüssig wie ich das nun finde. Mal fand ich es erfrischend und interessant, mal sperrig und eher misslungen. Ich lasse jetzt mal hauptsächlich meine letzte Verkostung in die Bewertung einfließen (und die war positiv).
