The name Pips is not only a nod to the seeds in fruits, but also to counting devices like the symbols on playing cards or the dots on a die. Though, most importantly, it is a nod to our son, Parker, who was born with special needs. Not knowing what his future holds, Pips will forever be a home to him as a family owned business.
We firmly believe in continuous improvement at Pips. We simply make what we enjoy drinking, and are beyond humbled when we can put a smile on even one other face as a result. That said, we actively seek out learning opportunities and always plan on listening to feedback from our customers. Every voice matters, for it is because of you that we are able to do what we love to do.
We thank you for your support and for joining us on this journey.

375ml bottle at share. Clear, tawny pour, a few stray bubbles. Apricots dominate the aroma, fruity, stone fruit. Taste is a hefty heaping of apricots with some minor floral notes.

Один из напитков богов за мою кривозубо-крестьянскую жизнь. Нежный мед, сладкая пленочка кленового сиропа, свежая лесная малинка. Все в мега балансе. Просто невероятный вкус.

Sampled at "Johnny's got a new place" beer celebration. Darker almost black color, no head. Aroma is heavy thick cherry, cranberry and honey. Flavor is intense cranberry, cherry and honey with lingering red fruit aftertaste. Crazy thick, rich and intense. Quite awesome.

Mortalis/Swiftwater Luau day 4 - Mortalis FLX ✅ Four tap takeovers in four days, and the best was saved for last. Very complex flavor, the berries are sweet and there’s a wonderfully rich vanilla backend.

Bottle at share. Amber pour, flat. Aroma is bananas, followed by banana bread. Walnuts start to pop out in the taste, really making this taste like a slice of banana walnut bread. Pip's strikes again.
