Copper color. Pie crust, tons of key lime, perfectly tart key lime pie, barrel, sticky barrel character, cherries, whisky in the nose. Like the best nose ever - except for all the other amazing pips. The palate is lime forward, thick and heavy. Nose is #1

Dark purple color. Massive black current, lovely pancakes, super smooth palate. Amazing fruit character as always. Massively sweet but such nice acidity. Perfect agai.

Big tart nose with tons of canberries. Tart sweet tons of cranberries it’s got nice acids and sweetness but just can’t blow me away

Tons of bananas, walnuts and maple notes sweet but pure dessert. Heavy body, not overly tart but the walnuts and bananas are amazing. Very heavy I love this but too heavy and not tart enough

Fake mahogany color. Amazing sweet, nose of cinnamon, walnuts bread in the nose. Perfect walnut banana cinnamon walnut cake. Nice raisin character. Perfect sweetness. . Omg this beyond amazing

Sweet, red currants, vanilla. Bold and intense. It's a good one, for sure, but IMHO still not as good as best examples from Schramm's and/or Marlobobo.

Intense with honey and sweet pomegranate notes. Taste is very bold, semi sweet and very tart with some tannins. It's quite unusual for the mead to be this acidic. Nice one.

375ml (thx, Shane!). After MBCC 2025 spontaneous session for beered out people.
A lot of honey, cranberries. Taste is intense with honey and berries, tannic. Very tart and sweet. Nice!

Inky purple color. Intense raspberry puree. It’s like raspberries but just smelling the filling without the crust. The maple is slight in the background. Fairly heavily palate with the maple hitting first then raspberries then long maple finish. Amazing.

Only people color. Big rum and blueberry notes with excellent honey. Nice smooth. Lots of honey blossoms with blueberries semi sweet. The palate is amazing but the nose and the depth is great . Still fantastic
