The name Pips is not only a nod to the seeds in fruits, but also to counting devices like the symbols on playing cards or the dots on a die. Though, most importantly, it is a nod to our son, Parker, who was born with special needs. Not knowing what his future holds, Pips will forever be a home to him as a family owned business.
We firmly believe in continuous improvement at Pips. We simply make what we enjoy drinking, and are beyond humbled when we can put a smile on even one other face as a result. That said, we actively seek out learning opportunities and always plan on listening to feedback from our customers. Every voice matters, for it is because of you that we are able to do what we love to do.
We thank you for your support and for joining us on this journey.

Bottle shared. Very dark red purple color, to head. Aroma and flavor are thick and concentrated berries of some kind. Hard to describe properly tbh. Okay. 7-6-6-7-6

Small sample at Billies because there's no way I'm going to stand in such a line to get a glass for myself. Super sweet and thick raspberry mead. Crazy but nice but only for a sip, which is exactlky what I got so I can't complain.

Taster showing dark amber.
The nose shows moderately intense medicinal notes of pear.
The palate is light bodied with a light alcoholic bite. Pear forward with a strong sweetness. Feels like it needs a little more balance.

Thanks Virby44 for the bottle!
Taster showing pitch black.
The nose shows intense notes of toasted cashews with lighter notes of black forest berries.
The palate is silky smooth and medium bodied. Toasted cashew forward followed by intense notes of black forest berries for a long extravagant finish.

Bottle, huge thanks Vresk & Branko for sharing! Murky red wine to purple body, no head. Vinuous blackcurrant wine aroma, alcohol, low to no honey. Dryish even, though with enough sweetness, sourish berry, warming, bit uneventful but still tasty!
