Bottle @ Franconia. Pours hazy pale yellow with a green hew and a good stable white head. A touch of lemon, straw, alcohol and honey dew. Dry and warming finish. Would love to drink this fresh.

0,5 l bottle. A clear pale copper in the glass, with a nearly two finger frothy head. Smells malty grainy. Taste ist more grainy than malty, low fruitieness in the background, some nuts. Mid hop bitterness, spicy. Okay.

Hofmann Weihnachtsfestbier, Flasche (MHD: 08.04.22) von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Kupfergold, blank. (19.12.2021.)

@home poured into a weizen glass. Slightly unclear pale golden colour, huge moussywhite head, slowly dissipating to a lasting thin layer, light lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, banana, lemon, touch of coriander. Taste medium sweet and light sourish, some bitterness, wheat, yeast, lemon, light banana. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, lingering sweetbitterish and sourish aftertaste, yeasty and citrusy notes, very nice.
