330ml bottle from Micro Beer Crate webshop. Near clear gold with a nice root ginger aroma, quite sweet. Taste has that big hit of ginger, nice punch of heat without it being overbearing, very light malt background, some lemon notes. Nice.

Keg at the Warehouse Bar, Seven Dials Food Market, 16/02/24. Lightly hazed golden with a white cap that soon thins to a swirl. Nose is bitter sweet apple, tannins, hedgerow, straw. Taste comprises apple core, lightest touch of funk and acidity, orchard wood, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay simple enough cider with a light bitter edge about it.

Tap at the mall Tavern Notting Hill. A light hazed fine white head. Aroma is nice crisp clean apple, floury apple, wheat, crisp apple juice. Flavour is composed of crisp, light apple, wheat. Flory apple, nice easy going cider. Palate is semi sweet crisp, to drying finish, fine carbonation.

Golden pour with a small white head. Aroma is apples, sugar, cinnamon. Taste is (sweet) apple, apple peel, vanilla, cinnamon: Well rounded and enjoyable.
