Pours slightly hazed blonde. Scent is sweet, simple apple. Taste is rough, sweet, hazy apple juice. Hiding the alcohol. Bit simple and too sweet to me.

On tap at Brighton Bierhaus, pours a clear bright pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium sweet green apples, light apple skins, no farmhouse character. Flavour is medium sweet, with green apple and light apple skins. The carbonation helps bring out the apple character, but there's little complexity here. Decent.

Can. Clear golden. Dry green apple, mineral, soft gooseberries, chalky, soft wood. Medium sweet and lighter sour. Over light bodied, just medium dry. Not bad.

Notater fra en aldeles hyggelig kveld på Våland med Phd-stipendiaten og trekkspilleren: kveldens første cider, også denne fra importkofferten. Klar lys gylden med et usedvanlig fint skum til en cider å være Aroma og smak av epler, gjæret stikkelsbærsyltetøy og eplekringle med rosiner og kanel. Veldig søt. Fjortisbrus med trusefjernerpotensiale (ikke aktuelt i kveld...).

Can shared with Holmen1 and JFE at Vaaland 10.09.22. Clear pake straw colour. Bright white head. Aroma of bakery, butter and apple peel. Similar taste, with some cinnamon.
