Draft at the Siren tap room. Poured a clear golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is fresh green apples. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a fresh, crisp, juicy apple palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

330ml can from Clapton Craft. Pale yellow gold colour, white foamy head leaving lacing and aroma of rhubarb & apple. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, red apple, bubblegum, rhubarb, sugary. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet finish with rhubarb hints. Quite OK

Bottle from Hogs Back shop. I'm not a fan of ginger but this is a new brewery tick... a strong aroma of the root. Very light gold. Almost clear. Very thin and patchy head of small translucent bubbles. Sweet with a sour edge. Light bodied. Thin. Average carbonation.. Extremely astringent finish. It's a fiery ginger beer so is a success on that basis.

330ml bottle. Sparkling golden colour, bubbly white foam head that slowly dissipates and aroma of fruity fleshy apple. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, alittle pip & core, some light citric tartness and sugary undernotes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite OK.

Keg at mother Kelly's, vauxhall. A light hazed yellow gold coloured pour with a halo of white head, fading. Aroma is semi sweet, pear, white sugars, light peach clean apple, light tang. Flavour is composed of medium sweet clean, spicy apple, white sugars, some pineapple,, paalte is semi sweet highish crisp carbonation, little sugary. Interesting. Decent.

Bottle from Oddbins. Hazy yellow body with a white head that quickly fades. Lively carbonation. Aroma of ginger and lemongrass. Flavour of fiery ginger and limeade. Thin body with a slick texture. Light fizz. Nice peppery ginger burn.

Half pint at Mother Kelly's pours a mostly clear gold with greenish flecks, a little white head. Nose has, you know, apple. Flavor has a touch more complexity but only a touch, apples and caramel and some honey too. Finishes with enough carb to help with the off dry sweetness.

Draught. Hazy pinkish-orange color with hardly any head. Aroma is raspberry, apple funk, custard, cream. Taste is weird raspberry jam, apple sauce, vanilla, quite sweet. Fatty oily mouthfeel, flat. A bit weird, but probably not bad for what it is.
