ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, nutty, caramel, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, sweet malt, earthy, nutty, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20221218]

--Gravity at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. -- Hazy golden, mid sized head. Generous smoky nose with ham and tar. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Meaty, rounded malt. Plenty of charcuterie smoke. Mid bitter finish.

Tap at Hop Dog. Dark brown body, off-white head. Spicy raisiny malty, lightly cookie-like and herbal aroma, liight acetaldehyde. Sweet malty cocoa raisiny taste, light fruity taste, bit appley. Dunno. Nice, but maybe not the best batch ever.

Aroma smoked malts, smoked sausage, burnt wood, herbal notes. Mild smoky taste, medium sweet and light bitter, malty, light caramel, smoked sausage, burnt wood, candy sugar, spicy notes, retronasel smokiness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, mildly smoked sweetbitter aftertaste, malty notes, peppery on the tongue, good!
