Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of ElDesmadre. Murky almost black color with thick creamy brown head and many floating body particles. Aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, nuts and grassy hops. Taste starts with sweet chocolate, following is strong coffee and cereals, quite mouth-coating, while finish is moderate bitter, mainly from roasting. Full body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Excellent, but as a non-coffee drinker I can’t rate it higher...

Clear, dark amber. Small offwhite head. Mild, hoppy aroma. Flavour has mild hops as well, but is more malty. Decent, bitter finish.

Bottle, 6.2%. Caramelly aroma, not entirely enticing. Almost clear dark red brown colour. Small whitish head. The flavour is roasted and farty. The roastedness has an unpleasant bitterness to go with it. Bready molasses aftertaste.

Bottle @ D-Day in Mojnlandet :-) Pours slightly hazy darkish copper brown with airy off-white head. Faint aroma of hops and fruit, with touches of yeast. Sweetish, malty and fruity flavour, with bitter, hoppy notes and touches of nuts. Bitter finish. Quite uninspiring but drinkable. Not an IPA, though, more like an Irish Red Ale.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of ElDesmadre. Murky brown color with medium creamy light brown head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, caramel, citrus, yeast and honey. Taste starts refreshing grainy and fruity, following is sweet toasted or mildly roasted malty, while finish is almost without any bitterness. Medium to full body, sticky texture and average natural carbonation in palate. Very good, although a bit too sweet for my taste...

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Stas. Cloudy reddish amber. Pleasant banana and a bubblegum aroma with caramel, candy and a spicy note. Sweet flavor with fruity esters, bubblegum and caramel. Medium-bodied. A nice well-made Weizenbock.
