Bottle. Pours clear darkish copper brown with small light tan head. Clear aroma of dark chocolate and coffee, with notes of malt and caramel. Bitter, roasty flavour, with notes of malt and caramel. Sweetish and bitter afteraste. Nothing special but easily drinkable and rather unpretentious.

Bottle, 4.5%. The aroma starts off fruity, turning more roasted. Clear dark brown colour. Frothy, but rather stable, light brown head. The flavour is roasted at first. Then comes a bit of sourness, but it suits the beer all right along with an earthy ground grain note. Clean.

Deep ruby color, small off-white head. Very Christmas spicey - clove, cinnamon and allspice. Medium-bodied. Sweet berryish flavor, lots of before mentioned spices. Very gluhwein-like. Some vegetables and sourrness. A bit too much of everything.

Aroma: cherry, a bit of herbal hops on finish. Dark red colour. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Not sour. Light body, average carbonation. Not bad, but nothing special. Can’t compare this to a kriek.

Bottle. Pale colour, hazy, rather small head (I was expecting rather something like in a wheat beer). Shows just honey aroma, it dominates the taste, makes the beer feel cloying. Some bitterness remains in mouth after taking a sip, but generally it’s hard to find any bitterness during drinking. Boring, too sweet. I don’t find any qualities brought by the use of spelt. There are better honey beers.

Bottle. Brown head, cloudy,, smaller head than you would expect from a wheat beer. Aroma is lots of baked bread, quite much banana, a bit of hops and clove. Light bitterness. Smooth, not cloying. Fantastic.

Bottle shared by Joes @ weekly tasting. Clear dark red color, small off - white to beige head that diminishes almost instantly. Smell malts, lots of honey, leaves and sweet. Taste lightly malts, lots of honey, sweetness. Average body and carbonation. Nothing wrong with it, but not what I like.
