They say it's 12 month barrel aged. Light brown. Aroma is light raisin light vanilla some booze some wood. Taste is harsh boozy wood with little raisin and some sour touch and bitter wood. Zero carbonation which makes it kinda flat. Too boozy and one-dimensional for such a thing.

Bottle at Lange Nacht der Brauereien. Red brown amber. Vinegar, ash, damp. Taste is sweet, oily, boozy, with a wooden and ashy aftertaste.

Bottle from Rewe Munich. Light gold with a medium head. Aroma of sweet malt. Flavour is fruit malt, dry grains, tangy finish.

Bottle picked up from Appel Getrankemarkt Moosburg and consumed at home Sunday 14th January 2024 listening to King Creosote - Des I. Loz is cooking Lamb with Dried Figs and Star Anise. Pours dark gold/light amber with a fast disappearing white head. Soft mouthfeel, some citrus, actually lemon, and pleasant bite, good beer.

Bottle picked up from Appel Getrankemarkt Moosburg and consumed at home Boxing Day, Tuesday 26th December 2023 listening to Billy Nomates - Cacti and cooking actually smoking a Lamb Shoulder (8 hours) to have with Black Sauce. This pours hazy yellow light amber with a large white head. The banana touches are subtle, in fact clove is there but there is another spice as yet undetermined. Nice wheat, not amazing, simple but it needs to tick some of the boxes a little better.

Helle, trübe Farbe. Sehr aromatischer Geruch. Fruchtnoten ganz klar vorhanden, aber nicht das bestimmende Thema. Floral, bitter leicht harzige Hopfennoten geben durchgehend den Ton an. Dazwischen blitzt immer wieder mal etwas Orange, mal etwas Melone, mal etwas Grapefruit auf. Auch eine Malznote ist gelegentlich erkennbar. Schön weich. Durchaus lecker. Und dass die Zutaten aus biologischen Anbau sind ist ebenfalls natürlich hoch sympathisch
